Conventional scanners read codes only at fixed positions and require a separate template for each label layout. The Vision AI Label Reader works position-independently: one scan captures all information on the label simultaneously — regardless of where it is located. The AI recognizes 1D and 2D codes, printed text, and even handwriting, including on soiled or damaged labels. No AI training is required — the system works out of the box. For example: where a conventional scanner fails on a misaligned batch number on a component reel, our system reliably reads all fields in a single pass.
The Label Reader captures all information present on the label — automatically and in a single scan.
